Happy New Year
The last two months of the year witnessed nine sales, eight of which closed by the end of the year: 7 Blueberry Path, 20 Wood Duck Way, 3 Sengekontacket Rd, 7 Mourning Dove Road, and 8 Mourning Dove Road. Three condominium units were sold. Correction: Only unit 21 has closed. 14 Wood Duck Road is under agreement awaiting closing.
Gene finished his stonewalls and renovations and what a terrific improvement for the community.
