- THE CLUBHOUSE – The SCC Clubhouse is for special event use by the membership in accordance with the decision of the membership in 2014. CLUBHOUSE USAGE

- WILDLIFE – The Fresh Water Pond is full of wonderful wildlife including swans and turtles. Please refrain from feeding the wildlife at any time.
- LIMITED USE – No member or their guests are allowed access to the upstairs of the Clubhouse. The door at the top of the stairs should be locked at all times. Access to the upstairs is strictly prohibited.
- FRESHWATER POND -Members and their guests may use the Pond at their own risk. Boats with motors are not permitted on the Freshwater Pond.
